1. About this portal. This website and subcontractor portal are operated by Total Cladding & Roofing LLC (“TCR,” “we,” “us”). The portal allows subcontractors to register, submit compliance documents, and manage their standing with TCR.
2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to keep it updated.
3. Document submissions. You represent that all documents you upload — including W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, licenses, subcontract agreements, and safety documentation — are genuine, unaltered, and current. Submitting falsified or misleading documents is grounds for immediate removal from the portal and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. No guarantee of work. Registration or approval through this portal does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture, and does not guarantee the award of any work. All work performed for TCR is governed by a separately executed subcontract agreement.
5. Compliance. You are responsible for keeping required documents current. TCR may suspend or remove accounts whose documents have expired or that otherwise fall out of compliance.
6. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the portal, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, interfere with the operation of the site, or upload malicious content.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCR disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate portal access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
