Who we are. Total Cladding & Roofing LLC (“TCR,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and subcontractor portal for subcontractor onboarding and compliance management.
Information we collect. When you register we collect account details (name, email address, password), company information (company name, trade, business address, phone, EIN, crew size, and service area), and the compliance documents you upload, such as W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, licenses, subcontract agreements, and safety documentation.
How we use your information. We use this information to verify subcontractor qualifications and insurance compliance, to communicate with you about your account, approvals, and document expirations, to schedule and manage work with approved subcontractors, and to meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
Automated notifications. The portal sends automated email reminders when your documents are approaching expiry, when your compliance status changes, and when documents are reviewed.
How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who host and support this website, with insurers, clients, or general contractors where verification of subcontractor compliance is required, and where disclosure is required by law.
Data retention. We retain subcontractor records for as long as needed for our business, legal, tax, and insurance obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Security. Uploaded documents are stored on secured hosting and access is limited to authorized TCR personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Note that deleting compliance records may end your eligibility to perform work for TCR.
Cookies. This site uses essential cookies to keep you logged in to the portal. We do not use advertising cookies.
